Open enrollment for 2027 coverage begins today. If you are without insurance, we are here for you.

We do not explain or recommend coverage plans. What we do is help with Medicaid enrollment as part of our registration process, so the paperwork is one less thing for you to carry.

And whether or not you enroll in anything, our doors stay open. Gary Burnstein Community Health Clinic provides no-cost medical care, laboratory services, dental care, optometry, and pharmacy services for uninsured Michigan adults 18 and older.

Flu season is here, and immunizations are part of the no-cost primary care we provide.

Eligible uninsured Michigan adults age 18 and older can receive no-cost primary care and immunizations at Gary Burnstein Community Health Clinic. Our care is rooted in dignity, respect, and listening, and whole-person community care can also include medical, dental, optometry, and pharmacy services.

Getting vaccinated is one of the simplest ways to take care of yourself and the people around you. If you have questions, our team is here to help.

As National Pharmacy Week comes to a close, we're saying thank you to our pharmacy team, and to the community that trusts us with its medications.
