An incredible day of learning at sea! 🚢

HSMAI South Florida Chapter Board Members Mike Hampton, Ed.D. and Gregory T. Bohan, who lead our Community Outreach & Collegiate Development efforts, accompanied 19 hospitality students from Florida Atlantic University and Florida International University for a special tour of the Carnival Celebration.

Students heard directly from key members of the ship’s management and operations teams, gaining valuable insight into the complexities of operating a world-class cruise experience. The day also included an extensive tour of the ship, a rare opportunity to visit the bridge, and a wonderful lunch onboard.

Creating meaningful connections between students and hospitality industry leaders is an important part of HSMAI South Florida’s commitment to developing the next generation of hospitality professionals.

A special thank you to Carnival Cruise Line for welcoming our students and providing such an exceptional educational experience.
