What started as a vision to serve our community is becoming something bigger than us. Together, Hope Floats Movement Inc. and Doing Good in the Hood are coming together to make sure students walk into the new school year feeling confident, prepared, and supported.

This is more than backpacks and school supplies — it’s about hope, dignity, love, and showing our youth that their community believes in them. 🙌🏽✨

On August 1, 2026, we’re showing up for our kids in a BIG way. From haircuts to uniforms, sneakers to nonperishables — we’re pouring back into the families who need it most.

Because when a community comes together, lives change. ❤️

At Hope Floats Movement, we believe no family should have to choose between paying bills and putting food on the table.

With the rising cost of groceries and children home for summer break, we are officially starting our Food Pantry Initiative to support families in need within our community. ❤️

We are asking for help through donations of nonperishable food items, snacks, pantry staples, and household essentials. Every donation, big or small, makes a difference.
