✨ Shoutout to the beautiful soul behind Mindful Soul Movement ✨
Alexandra is creating such sacred space in South Florida (and beyond) for nervous system healing, somatic movement, breathwork, yoga, and deep reconnection.
Her sessions weave Hatha, Vinyasa, Kundalini, meditation, and sound healing in the most intentional way — helping people release what’s stuck and come back home to themselves.
If you’ve been craving real regulation (not just another “vibes” class), go follow and book with her.
Your body will thank you. 🌿🕊️💫
