Thanks to a grant from Athens Services, students learned about proper trash separation and recycling through fun, hands-on activities. These engaging, interactive games are helping the students to develop important environmental friendly habits from a young age!

Thank you to &T and -I-T who donated 100 refurbished laptops and backpacks stuffed with school supplies to Fairplex Learning and Development Center (FLDC) students. The donation is part of a broader AT&T employee effort to help bridge the digital divide and distribute backpacks filled with school supplies and laptops to students in qualifying households before they head back to school.
The laptops and school supplies will help more students in our community access the tools to explore, create and succeed both in and out of the classroom.
