Our pantry is in desperate need of donations. We have little to no canned or dry goods and will not be getting a USDA delivery for at least 3 weeks.

If you can, please consider stopping by the Plymouth senior center to make a donation. 8 Depot Street. 🙏🏼

We are deeply grateful for the support of our friends at Speare Memorial Hospital for rallying community support for our food pantry. We have already seen an uptick in donations and interest in supporting our work to feed our community menders in need.

Where we are lacking most is meat. With increased prices in meat we are seeing a decline in meat donations from our local grocery store donors. We are at a point where we will be dipping into pantry funds to stock our own shelves. If anyone has the capacity to donate money to our pantry we can stretch those dollars further with what we need most week to week.

Any donation of any kind is always welcome. Thank you to all who have and continue to support us!

The Community Closet Food Pantry is currently experiencing low inventory levels and needs our community's help to keep their shelves stocked for local individuals and families facing food insecurity.

Beginning today, Speare Memorial Hospital is collecting non-perishable food and personal care item donations at the following locations:

📍 Speare main campus – 16 Hospital Road, Plymouth
📍 Speare Boulder Point – 103 Boulder Point Drive, Plymouth
📍 MedCheck Plymouth – 389 Tenney Mountain Highway, Plymouth
📍 MedCheck Meredith – 178 Daniel Webster Highway, Meredith

Suggested donation items include:
🥫 Canned vegetables, fruits, and soups
🍝 Pasta, rice, and boxed meals
🥜 Peanut butter and jelly
🥣 Cereal and oatmeal
🥛 Shelf-stable milk
🐟 Canned tuna, chicken, and other proteins
🧼 Soap, toothpaste, shampoo, and other personal care items

Every donation, no matter the size, can make a meaningful difference for local families in need. Together, we can help ensure our neighbors have access to the food and essential items they need. ❤️

Save the date, April 9th! We are looking forward to celebrating our new space with a ribbon cutting and business after hours!

Join us on Thursday, April 9 from 5-7 p.m. for a Ribbon Cutting and Business After Hours with Plymouth Area Community Closet to celebrate the opening of their new location at 15 Railroad Square, adjacent to the Plymouth Senior Center.

The event will feature light refreshments, host remarks, and a ribbon cutting ceremony.

Plymouth Area Community Closet (PACC) has been in operation for over 60 years, providing food and heating assistance to the Plymouth area community. PACC currently serves over 250 families in more than 15 towns in Central NH.

Area businesses and organizations (members and non-members) are invited. Come and help PACC celebrate the opening of their new location!
