DONATIONS ARE NEEDED to help a survivor settle into their new apartment. The comforts of home mean a lot to someone who has gone through an extended period of fear and uncertainty, and just a few more things are needed to help them feel safe.

If you're interested in donating, call the Voices main office at 603-536-5999.

Bullying doesn’t always leave a bruise.
Sometimes it looks like being repeatedly left out. Sometimes it’s a cruel comment online, a rumor being spread, or someone being made to feel like they don’t belong.
Bullying can take many forms, but the impact can last long after the moment has passed.
💙 Know the signs. Speak up. Be someone who makes others feel safe, seen, and valued.

Our services are free and confidential. You don’t have to be in crisis to call.

A Little Help Goes a Long Way 💜

Sometimes, starting over means needing the things we often take for granted—a tank of gas, groceries, school supplies, or a few essentials to help a family get back on their feet.
At Voices Against Violence, support card donations provide survivors and their families with practical help when they need it most. A $20 gift may seem small, but to someone rebuilding their life after violence, it can mean a meal, transportation, clothing, or an essential item for their children.

If you would like to donate please call our office at (603) 536-5999 to coordinate a time to drop off.

Don't be a Bully month isn't just about fixing behaviors; it's about understanding how words and actions can make someone feel.

Being a bully, and being a victim of bulling, doesn't stop in childhood; the habits and effects can transfer into adulthood as well.
