Over the past few months, we have been blessed to see special projects in Paraguay and Uganda fully funded. Praise the Lord!

Thank you to everyone who gave and supported these projects. Your generosity has moved us and strengthened our faith that the Lord has provided, and will continue to provide, for all our needs.

Another essential need is the World Missions Home Budget. This is the primary budget that sustains all World Missions ministries and administrative expenses. As we approach the end of the year, we invite you to prayerfully consider a gift to the World Missions Home Budget.

Your support makes it possible for us to carry out ministry, support our missionaries, fund special projects, and plant churches. Thank you for your faithful and generous giving.

To donate to the World Missions Home Budget go to our Website and click Donate.
(For specific instructions on how to donate see the last slide of this post)

Do you have trouble comparing your calling to someone else's?

In the last chapter of John, Jesus asked Peter three times, "Simon, son of John, do you love me?" Each time Peter answered, "Yes, Lord; you know that I love you," and each time Jesus gave him a calling: “Feed my sheep."

Jesus goes on and tells Peter that following Him will cost: “when you were young, you used to dress yourself and walk wherever you wanted, but when you are old, you will stretch out your hands, and another will dress you and carry you where you do not want to go." (v.18-19) And then He said two simple words: "Follow me."

But Peter turned, and saw the disciple whom Jesus loved following behind them, and asked, "Lord, what about this man?"

We do the same thing. Right after God shows us our next step, we look at someone else's. Their mission. Their season. Their story. Their calling. It can be easy to start asking, “Lord, what about them?”

Jesus' answer is clear: "If it is my will that he remain until I come, what is that to you? You follow me!"

Jesus doesn't explain John’s future but instead brings it back to the one thing that matters: You follow me.

God doesn't call everyone the same way. Peter's path led one direction, and John's led another. Yours is not meant to look like anyone else's. Comparison pulls your eyes off Jesus and onto people, and it will quietly steal your peace, your joy, and your obedience if you let it.

So stead of looking at others lives, simply follow where the Lord has called you.
