📚 Empowering Educators, Transforming Classrooms! 🌟

Recently, Dabhoi Community Foundation successfully conducted a Five-Day Teacher Readiness Training Program at Umeed Center, Soneshwar Park, Dabhoi.

👩‍🏫👨‍🏫 Nearly 90 teachers from our After-School Learning Program participated enthusiastically and enhanced their teaching skills through interactive sessions on:

✅ Classroom Management
✅ Joyful & Activity-Based Learning
✅ Foundational Literacy & Numeracy
✅ Value Education
✅ Educational Planning & Teaching Methodologies

🔬 A special workshop by Agastya Foundation introduced teachers to simple and low-cost science experiments, making learning more engaging and hands-on for students.

📖 Teachers also received practical training on Bridge Course and Prathama methodologies to strengthen students' learning in Mathematics and Gujarati language.

💡 Through discussions, experience sharing, and problem-solving sessions, educators collaborated to create better learning opportunities for children across Dabhoi and nearby villages.

Together, we are building stronger teachers, stronger classrooms, and brighter futures for every child. ❤️

Empowering Women Through Skill Development!

Recently, at the Soneshwar Umeed Center, a Certificate and Gift Distribution Program was organized for women who successfully completed the Sewing, Beauty Parlour, and Embroidery Training Courses.

A total of 52 women were awarded certificates and gifts in recognition of their dedication and hard work. Through these vocational training programs, participants gained practical skills that can help them become self-reliant and create better livelihood opportunities for themselves and their families.

✨ From learning sewing and tailoring techniques to beauty care and embroidery skills, these women have taken an important step toward confidence, independence, and empowerment.

👏 Congratulations to all the participants on their achievement!

This initiative is a part of the ongoing efforts of Dabhoi Community Foundation to promote women's empowerment, vocational education, and community development.

✨ Creativity from the Soil! ✨

At our village afterschool center, children explored the joy of learning through hands-on clay art. Using simple soil, they created beautiful diyas, pots, and imaginative shapes — proving that creativity doesn’t need expensive materials.

This activity helped students build confidence, patience, and creativity, while learning together in a fun and engaging way.

કિશોરી સંમેલન – સરકારી સંસ્થાઓની મુલાકાત કાર્યક્રમ

તારીખ 24 માર્ચ 2026ના રોજ, ડભોઈ કોમ્યુનિટી ફાઉન્ડેશન (DCF) દ્વારા સહિયર સંગઠન ગ્રુપના સહયોગથી સોનેશ્વર ઉમ્મીદ સેન્ટરની કિશોરીઓ માટે વિશેષ કિશોરી સંમેલનનું આયોજન કરવામાં આવ્યું.

આ કાર્યક્રમ અંતર્ગત કિશોરીઓને ડભોઈની વિવિધ મહત્વપૂર્ણ સરકારી સંસ્થાઓની મુલાકાત કરાવવામાં આવી, જેમાં પોલીસ સ્ટેશન, નગરપાલિકા, સેવા સદન, કોર્ટ, સ્ટેટ બેંક ઓફ ઈન્ડિયા (SBI) અને સહયોગ સેન્ટરનો સમાવેશ થાય છે.

મુલાકાત દરમિયાન કિશોરીઓને દરેક સંસ્થાની કામગીરી, તેમની સેવાઓ અને સમાજમાં તેમની ભૂમિકા અંગે વિગતવાર માહિતી આપવામાં આવી. આ કાર્યક્રમ દ્વારા કિશોરીઓમાં આત્મવિશ્વાસ વધ્યો તેમજ તેઓ તેમના અધિકારો અને જવાબદારીઓ વિશે વધુ જાગૃત બની.

આવો પ્રયાસ કિશોરીઓને સશક્ત બનાવવા અને તેમને સમાજમાં સક્રિય ભાગીદાર તરીકે તૈયાર કરવા માટે મહત્વપૂર્ણ પગલું છે.

✨ Holi celebration ✨

The festival of colors was joyfully celebrated across all our centers! Students and teachers came together to share happiness, smiles, and festive spirit.

To make the celebration even sweeter, **Khajur and Dhani** were distributed among the students, spreading joy and tradition throughout the day.

Holi reminds us of the values of unity, positivity, and togetherness. At Dabhoi Community Foundation, we believe in celebrating culture along with education to create a joyful learning environment for every student.

Board Exam Guidance Session

Today, students of Standard 10 and 12 at the DCF Center received important guidance and information regarding their board examinations, along with an exam-oriented kit.

Similarly, Standard 10 students at the Ummeed Center were also provided with exam-related information and an exam kit to support their preparation.
