Posting this information for the Northridge Church Foster Support Group:

Hi families! We are so excited that support group at NorthRidge Church is ready to get started again. Our first session is Tuesday, September 8th. This month we are honored to have Dr. Kathryn Wagner helping us understand the IEP and 504 process. Dr. Wagner has been working in public education for the past 25 years. After graduating from UofM, she taught for 19 years in Ann Arbor before moving to Plymouth. Currently, she is the assistant principal at Bird Elementary. She has been involved with both IEP and 504 meetings throughout her career – both as a teacher and as an administrator. One of her main responsibilities as assistant principal is that she is the 504 Coordinator at Bird.

NOTE - GROUP IS ONLY 6:30PM - 8:00PM.

Childcare provided courtesy of Fostering A Legacy. Please pre-registration is required and can be found at this link by clicking September 8......

To support you on your adoption or foster care journey, consider attending the Discover Adoption/Foster Care class to learn more about the process. Additionally, the Adoption/Foster Care Support Group offers a space to connect, share experiences, and find encouragement.

This went to a 6 year old boy and 4 year old girl! It’s a busy time!
