I just finished the book and wow! Absolutely fantastic. While I'm no stranger to what's written, what Greg wrote resonated deeply. I've never heard these concepts described in such a relatable, clear and concise way. His vivid analogies and examples are priceless. The physics analogies are pure gold - what a perfect way to explain human energy and how it works. Brilliant!
What struck me the deepest were the chapters on judgement and children...mostly the children section. I was choking up reading as I was thinking about my parents and their struggle, and my struggle with them as a young, only child. So when I read "...the child had to take on the energy in an attempt to release what their parents couldn’t," I felt that in my gut. Then you talked about releasing it. Whew. More gut punches (in a good way!)
