On July 4, Aubrey D’Andrea was involved in a terrible accident while down the shore. Since that day, Aubrey and her family have faced an incredibly difficult journey, with a long road of healing and recovery ahead.

Sloane’s Roses is deeply grateful to be in a position to support the D’Andrea family with a grant—giving them a little space to breathe while they focus their time, energy, and love on Aubrey’s recovery. 💗

Sloane’s Roses is deeply humbled to have been able to support the Greene family, our most recent grant recipient, during an unimaginable time.

Makayla Greene was just 16 years old when an illness led to serious complications while she was receiving care at Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia. Her loss is a tragedy no family should ever have to endure.

Because of the generosity of our wonderful community, we were able to assist with final expenses that truly honored Makayla’s beautiful life and memory. 💗

We could not offer this support without each person who donates, attends our events, shares our mission, and continues to believe in the work we do. Thank you for helping Sloane’s spirit bloom on in the lives of families who need it most. 🌹

Happy Heavenly 11th Birthday, Sloanie. 🩷🌹💚

Today is an extra special one — Sloane’s golden birthday. 11 on the 11th. ✨ Today we celebrate Sloane Rose Kwartnik — her beautiful smile, her spirit, and the love she continues to inspire. Though we wish more than anything that she were here to celebrate this milestone with us, we are so grateful that her name continues to bring love and support to others.

In honor of Sloane’s birthday, we ask you to help us continue spreading her light. Please share Sloane’s Roses with your friends, family, and community. The more people who know about our mission, the more families we may be able to reach.

If you know a family who has lost a child or is navigating the challenges of having a sick child and could use financial help or support, please reach out to us. Three years of missing her smile, her laugh, her joy, and the beautiful light she brought into this world. While so much has changed, one thing never will — the love we have for Sloane and the impact she continues to have on all of us.

Her memory lives on in the stories we share, the lives she touched, and every bit of love and kindness spread in her name.

🩷Because of your generosity, we were able to help another family in need. 🌹

Sweet Lacey was recently diagnosed with Pompe Disease, a rare genetic disorder requiring frequent hospitalizations and ongoing medical treatment. While staying by her side and caring for her, both of her parents lost their jobs, leaving them struggling to provide for their family of six.

With four young daughters, they are facing the overwhelming challenge of covering everyday essentials like groceries, diapers, gas for medical appointments, and utilities while focusing on Lacey’s care.

Thanks to the support of our amazing community, Sloane’s Roses was honored to provide financial assistance to help ease some of that burden.

Your donations and support make stories like Lacey’s possible. Together, we are bringing hope and relief to families facing medical hardships.
