đź’™ Premier Cares Foundation is proud to announce a new partnership with Dutchess Outreach đź’™
Through this partnership, eligible Dutchess County residents receiving treatment for qualifying urologic and digestive diseases may receive financial assistance through the Premier Cares Foundation Care Fund for essential expenses that may not be covered by insurance or other resources.
A serious illness can create financial challenges that go far beyond medical bills. The Care Fund can help with expenses such as:
• Medications and medical equipment not covered by insurance
• Transportation to medical appointments
• Rent or mortgage payments
• Utilities
• Other approved essential expenses
For more than 50 years, Dutchess Outreach has provided compassionate assistance, advocacy and connections to resources for individuals and families throughout our community. We are grateful to partner with an organization that understands how important it is to support the whole person during times of hardship and proud to add Dutchess Outreach to our growing list of partnership agencies.
Together, our organizations will ensure that financial hardship doesn't become another barrier for people facing serious illness.
