Facebook Friends,
As many of you know, October 2025, western Jamaica, especially the town of Black River in St. Elizabeth Parish was devastated by Hurricane Melissa, a Category 5 storm and the strongest hurricane on record to hit the island. The hurricane destroyed or severely damaged homes, businesses, and the local hospital, and while aid is ongoing, the needs remain great.
We strongly believe Zoya has been called to help the people in Jamaica. They are still in great need. This work aligns with Zoya's own mission which is to provide hope and healing to the poor, the orphaned, and their communities through medical and humanitarian aid. We will be ministering especially in the town of Black River in St. Elizabeth Parish where much of the city still is in ruins. Our mission trip is scheduled for July 25-Aug. 2, 2026.
