Team Member of the Month: Danny!

Danny joined the Coffee Inclusive family back in August as part of our first expansion into Scranton, and he has quickly become a wonderful addition to our team. Now working between both our Pittston and Scranton locations, Danny has taken on a variety of responsibilities, from baking delicious treats and roasting coffee for Inclusive Grounds to crafting drinks as a barista.

Danny brings a positive attitude and a willingness to help wherever he is needed. He is incredibly kind, attentive, and always looking for ways to support his teammates. His sense of humor and love for making others laugh bring a special energy to every shift, making him a joy to work alongside.

We are so grateful to have Danny as part of the Coffee Inclusive family. His hard work, friendly personality, and dedication to learning new skills make him a great example of what our mission is all about. We are excited to watch him continue to grow and accomplish even more!

🌾 What an incredible evening for inclusion!

Last night, our community came together at The Banks in Pittston for Inclusive Harvest 2026, an evening celebrating the people, partnerships, and shared commitment that continue to move our mission forward.

We were proud to recognize four incredible honorees:

🏆 Volunteer of the Year: Stacey Kile

🏆 Business of the Year: Golden Technologies

🏆 David Galli Award: Ellie Bartoli

🏆 Special Recognition: Luzerne County District Attorney Sam Sanguedolce

We were also honored to welcome Congressman Rob Bresnahan, alongside PA Inclusive CEO Frank Bartoli, Board Chair Carl Sheperis, and The Luzerne Foundation President & CEO David Pedri.

A heartfelt THANK YOU to our generous sponsors, donors, volunteers, auction participants, and everyone who joined us! Seeing so many local businesses, community leaders, families, and friends come together in support of inclusion was truly special.

❤️ The impact of Inclusive Harvest goes far beyond one evening.

Through our partnership with The Luzerne Foundation, the PA Inclusive Endowment Fund will help sustain our mission and create meaningful opportunities for individuals with diverse abilities for generations to come.

From the services we provide through PA Inclusive to the employment opportunities created through Coffee Inclusive and Inclusive Grounds, we’re building a future where everyone has the opportunity to belong, contribute, and succeed.

We’ve come a long way, and we’re just getting started!
