Soldier On uses best practices to engage each veteran on his or her path to a safer and more stable lifestyle. Soldier On offers a variety of need-based housing solutions including emergency shelter, transitional housing, and permanent housing to effectively assist at-risk veterans. Soldier On provides direct supportive services and temporary financial assistance to veterans who are at-risk of homelessness in Massachusetts, New York, New Jersey, and Pennsylvania through the Supportive Services for Veteran Families (SSVF) program.
