We are proud to share that our President and Founder, Christy Porter, has been invited by First Lady Lori Shapiro to participate in the Intellectual Disabilities/Autism Roundtable Discussion at the Pennsylvania Governor’s Residence.
As both the mother of an adult daughter with autism and the Founder of Jasmine Nyree Campus, Mrs. Christy brings a unique perspective as a parent, advocate, and service provider. She will join state leaders, caregivers, advocates, and community partners in discussing ways to improve opportunities, independence, and support for individuals with intellectual disabilities and autism across the Commonwealth.
This invitation reflects the important work being done every day at Jasmine Nyree Campus and the voices of the families we serve. We are honored to have our organization represented in conversations that help shape the future of services and supports for people with disabilities.
