ISLAND & CHARTIERS – We're excited to report that plans for this 44-unit apartment building in the heart of McKees Rocks are moving along. The preliminary land development plans and lot consolidation were unanimously approved by the borough Planning Commission Tuesday night.

WARD 3 FYI – Polling places in Ward 3, McKees Rocks, have been changed, so double-check your destination before heading out to vote in the May 19 Primary Election.

Voters in McKees Rocks and Moon Township should verify their polling locations before the May 19 Primary Election due to recent changes. Several polling places have moved, with 25 locations across Allegheny County shifting, affecting voters’ destinations in these communities.
