A great time was had by all last night at our annual “Trick or Treating with Sparky” community event. We always enjoy this annual event. Due to recent area tragedies, we put some extra attention with our smoke alarm campaign and the State Fire Marshal Operation Save-a-Life campaign and we had a few members of our community take advantage of such and will soon have a working smoke alarm in their home with the hopes of preventing another tragedy.

We want to thank our community for always supporting us and all our visitors that stopped by last night, we do this for y’all and if you ever need us, we will be there.

And last but not least, we want to send a special thank you to some of our dedicated volunteers who helped get the station ready before the event and those who assisted at the event, trust me when I say there’s no way I could have accomplished such a feat without all of your help!!

Our next community event will be the Pine Grove Christmas Tree Lighting. Date to be announced soon, but it is usually around the first weekend in December.
