The Pate Family & Friends Cancer Research Fundraiser Dinner dance/Nicole Jamrose Band/ silent auction event. We donate thousands of dollars for cancer research. Fundraiser dinner and silent auction.

All proceeds go to Breast Cancer Research for Dr. Seema Khan's work and Thoracic Oncology Research and Education Fund., at Northwestern University Feinberg School of Medicine. This is our 4th year and we have donated close to $10,000. This event only happens by everyone we know adding whatever contribution time talent to this wonderful event. God's help always shows up for me and this is my joy! T

hank you all in the past 4 years for making this event so successful. I continue to hear of Indiana women who survived breast cancer from this work. I have also been educated that with lung cancer screenings and early detection save more lives. This all started in memory of my beloved cousin Troy Capps who lost his life as a young father to lung cancer. He never smoked. He was a hero with his battle for 2 years. The last time I saw him he was smiling at me talking about his favorite football team The Dallas Cowboys. May he rest in peace and know he is not forgotten. All my love and prayers for his family and those families dealing with cancer.

Recovering from reconstruction right side breast surgery from my treatment in 2012 radiation treatment damaged the tissue and skin areas and was not moving well.
So the same surgeon Doctor Neil Fine at Northwestern corrected it for me!
13 years cancer free!
Going for follow up tomorrow and feeling better !
My daughter Emile helped me with the surgery and after care and my sister Wendy drove uo from Kentucky!
My Mom did my laundry and brought lunches !!
Grandson Jake helped move heavy items and vacuum ! Emilie and Isla helped decorate my tree!

So blessed!

Hello family and friends I graduated with my miracle master class I led and I shared about my miracles
And being cured of Her-2 positive breast cancer. Thank you for supporting me and the cancer treatment we all donated over $40,000 to Northwestern Memorial Hospital
Robert H. Lurie Comprehensive Research Center.
God answered my prayer for more time to see my children grandchildren grow up.
I am forever grateful.
