We were so humbled to honor our dear friend, Dr. Ty Wallis yesterday with a $3,000 scholarship in his memory, along with his wife, Kristen Wallis, and Friends Of Vail board member, Lee Ramsey. We pray this scholarship blesses Devon Allen and encourages her on her journey to becoming an educator. Congratulations! We can’t wait to see you positively impact young children!💚

This is one of 6 very special books we have on the bus by Vail Johnson, grade schooler and 9-year-old scribe, and the original author of the "Vail's Tales" and "Fishin' for Trouble" short story books. An undiagnosed heart condition took Vail from our world as she slept, but her stories live on in her posthumously published works reimagined with help of author Ed Payne and illustrator Britt Sekulic.

The Book Bus has some amazing things coming up this year thanks to the Friends of Vail Foundation including the play adaption of these books by our friends over at Beacon Performing Arts ! We couldn't be more excited!

Maddie Alden received the Friends Of Vail $1,500 scholarship yesterday at the Pilot Point Rose Cutting ceremony. We are so grateful to our donors who have made it possible to have this endowment through the Pilot Point Education Foundation. Congratulations Maddie, we will be praying for your journey to Texas A&M and can’t wait to see you soar!💚

We are always so proud to support CASA OF Denton County and their mission support kids who are removed from their homes due to abuse or neglect. These kids are our future! They deserve a chance…a loving advocate and that’s what CASA does for them. 💚

We were very moved by the sweet gift and card we received via personal delivery yesterday from Hope Media. We support this organization because they share Jesus and love on people who are struggling. They give hope and shine light in a dark world.
