It’s been a crazy weather and not quite so hectic week. We had an Experience Mission team from Fort Wayne, IN help us serve on Monday. Altogether this week we served 765 meals and gave out 108 bags of emergency food. We sure appreciate CarlLoretta Harville coming to the rescue when we ran out of bags we use for our emergency food. Thank you Denny Rohrer for your dedication to bring bread products. We are truly fortunate to have the support of so many partners who help us serve our community. Thank you.

We survived the hot weather this week by serving cool food. 😅 We had an Experience Mission team from Chicago help us on Monday. Our Mountain Comprehensive Care Crew came to help out. We served 870 meals this week and gave out 110 bags of emergency food. Grateful to Denny Rohrer for the bread. We are very fortunate to have great community partners and wonderful volunteers. Didn’t get pictures of everyone as we were busier than expected. We will have free haircuts on the 25th.

Starting June out strong. We had our first Experience Mission team for the summer and they were from Milford, OH. We served 884 meals and gave out 115 bags of emergency food this week. We’re grateful to Carl at Victory Baptist Outreach for his donation of drinks and other items and to Denny Rohrer for the bread he brings each week. We are truly blessed by the support of our community partners who help us help our people. We hear the stories and and we know the needs are real. Thank you to our wonderful volunteers - those in the pictures and those who work behind the scenes - you are appreciated! Eleven years strong and still going. To God be the glory for what He has done. ✝️
