Reading Education for Appalachian Dyslexics

Directions

Reading Education for Appalachian Dyslexics R.E.A.D is the Pikeville Ky branch of the Hindman Settlement school's after school dyslexia tutoring program.

Currently Dyslexia is a misunderstood and rarely diagnosed disorder which causes most of those that have it to have trouble reading but it's not limited to just reading. Most of these children also have problems writing, spelling, and math. I say most because each of these children are unique as they don't all that the same problems at the same severity. If you think your child may have Dyslexia call the Hindman settlement school at (606) 785-4044 and arrange for your child to be tested.
