It's time for the Kentucky State Fair! πŸŽ‰

If your child's 4-H project qualified at our county fair for the Kentucky State Fair, please make sure all non-food projects are delivered to the Pike County Extension Office during regular office hours by Friday, August 7, or Monday, August 10 at the latest.

πŸͺ Food projects should be dropped off on Sunday, August 16, between 1:00 p.m. and 2:00 p.m. to ensure they are as fresh as possible for judging.

πŸ“¬ Letters with detailed instructions, rules, and important information have been mailed to all qualifying participants. Please review these materials carefully.

We are excited to showcase Pike County's outstanding 4-H members at the Kentucky State Fair and wish everyone the best of luck! πŸ€πŸ†

Buses were a little late pulling out, but we are on our way! ETA around 2:00pm. Just a reminder that we are all heading back to Pike Central. Thank you!

07/24/2026

We’ve been getting several questions about pick up tomorrow. The plan is to leave camp by 11:00am, which will put us back at Pike Central around 1:15pm. We will ALL be returning to Pike Central. There will not be a separate Belfry pick up.

Just a few friendly reminders:
Please do not park in the bus lane.
Please note that all campers will remain on the bus until they are signed out by someone on their pick-up list.
Please bring your ID.

Thank you!

Updating again. We were under a tornado watch for about 20 minutes in which we moved everyone to the storm shelter. This has since passed and everyone is back in their cabin, safe, and ready to stay there for the rest of the evening and into the night. We will update again once the storm has passed completely. Just wanted to give some peace of mind that everyone is safe and sound.

Quick camp update! We are starting to get a few messages and calls regarding the weather forecasted for London. We are anticipating some storms to pass through in just a little bit. All of our campers are completely safe, fed, and dry while hanging out in the cabins until everything passes. Thank you all! πŸ€
