We’ve said it before... Beth Tfiloh builds community for life, and moments like this remind us why. You come for the education, the values, the lifelong friendships, and sometimes, you leave with something even more lasting.

And to our current students: be kind to that classmate who talks a little too much, borrows your notes, or makes you laugh when you’re trying to be serious. You truly never know where those stories might lead. 💙💛

We are deeply saddened by the passing of Jacob Richard Aaron Hellman ’05, a cherished member of our Beth Tfiloh family. Our heartfelt condolences go to Stanley and Elissa Hellman, and to Rachel Hellman ’03, on the loss of their beloved son and brother. Jacob’s years at Beth Tfiloh tie him forever to this community, and we hold the Hellman family close in our thoughts and prayers. May his memory be for a blessing.

Jacob Hellman, an educator, dramaturg, digital creator and performer, passed away on Friday, Feb. 20, after an illness.
