Fleas and ticks may be small, but they can have a big impact on your pet’s health. Outdoor dogs and cats are especially at risk, and regular checks can help catch concerns early.

If you notice excessive scratching, licking, hair loss, skin irritation, or find fleas or ticks on your pet, don’t wait to seek help. Our monthly wellness clinics are a great opportunity to have your pet examined and discuss treatment and prevention options with the veterinary team.

Our next wellness clinic will be August 8th. Signups will go out a month prior to that date.

June 27th is our next Drive Thru Clinic (vaccines only) and Spay & Neuter.

We all know Summer in Arizona is no joke!
☀️Here are a few heat safety tips for pets☀️

✅ Make sure shade is always available for pets that spend time outdoors.
✅ Keep fresh water available at all times.
✅ Never leave pets unattended in a vehicle, even for a few minutes. The indoor temp of a car can heat up to well over the outside temp. For example - if it’s 95° outside, inside your car can reach 110° in just 10 minutes.
✅ Avoid walking on hot pavement, it can burn paws. A good way to test is laying your palm on the pavement, if it’s too hot to hold there for 7 seconds, it’s too hot for paws.
✅ Keep an eye out for signs of heat stroke: excessive panting, drooling, weakness, pale gums, vomiting.
