Letβs hear from Mukundji about his remarkable community contributions, which continue to inspire the Greater Philadelphia Indo-American community through his dedication, leadership, and selfless service:-
In my 25+ years of community work, many CIO member organizations like Gujarati Samaj, Marathi Mandal, Rajasthani Association, TAGDV, Kannada Koota etc., area temples like Bharatiya Temple, Samarpan Temple, Haveli, BAPS, festivals like PGF, ISF and India-Day by CIO, and dharmic organizations like HSS, Sewa USA, AIMS and Chinmaya Mission welcomed my leadership efforts and collaborated in performing sewa. They supported our work during Kargil war, Gujarat Earthquake, 9/11 attack, Asian Tsunami, Hurricane Katrina, Texas floods, Pennsylvania floods during Sandy, Nepal Earthquake, Bhutani Refugees, Covid Pandemic Relief, FEMA Vaccination drive, International Yoga Day, and many such events when leadership was needed to bring the whole community together to offer solace to victims of these calamities.
I thank CIO leadership so much for their kindness and for facilitating such community service by offering all-round help.
My better half, Dr Neelima Kute, without whose consistent support no amount of community service was possible for me
