VGA RI played two tournaments on two fantastic courses yesterday, and it was a remarkable day.
Agawam Hunt was in excellent condition, and their team treated our 56 golfers like members. We finished the round in just over four hours, leaving both the course staff and our golfers very pleased. They have already invited us back for next year, so be sure not to miss this event in the future.
Additionally, 28 golfers played Wannamoisett Country Club—one of the finest courses in Rhode Island—with 22 players participating in both events. If you have never played Wannamoisett, I highly recommend marking your calendars for whenever we are able to secure a spot on this beautiful and challenging track. It lived up to every expectation. While it was a long day, it was well worth the effort.
