Community support works best when organizations work together. 💙

Paterson Task Force was proud to join Twin Rivers Recovery for its Community Health Fair, connecting with Paterson residents and fellow community partners around health, wellness and access to resources.

For PTF, being a community partner means more than providing services from our offices. It means showing up in our neighborhoods, building relationships and making sure residents know where they can turn when they need support.

Thank you to Twin Rivers Recovery for bringing organizations and neighbors together for an afternoon centered on a healthier, stronger Paterson.

Housing assistance is about more than covering a cost. It is about helping people understand their options and move forward with support. 🏠

Paterson Task Force recently helped another Paterson household access housing assistance through our Geraldine R. Dodge Foundation-funded program.

Pictured are PTF Executive Director Darien Allen, PTF Housing Counselor Crystal Harrington, and program recipients Andrew Lopes and Michelle Ortega.

Through this program, eligible residents can receive financial assistance along with one-on-one guidance from a PTF Housing Counselor to help navigate documentation, eligibility requirements, and next steps.

If housing costs are creating a barrier for you or your household, reach out to PTF and learn whether assistance may be available.

Our offices will reopen on Tuesday, October 13. We wish our community a safe and meaningful day of reflection.

18,843 meals.
179 people housed.

Those are not just numbers.

They are breakfasts before school.
Dinners at the end of a hard day.
A safe place to sleep.
A little more stability while a family figures out what comes next.

That is what shelter looks like at Paterson Task Force.

Need shelter support? We can help connect you to the next step.
