The research is compelling:

You don’t need a gym membership.
You don’t need expensive gear.
You just need to move — and ideally, to move with someone. 💚

• 30 minutes of moderate exercise, 5x/week reduces depression symptoms by up to 47% (Harvard Medical School)
• Even a single 10-minute walk improves mood for up to 2 hours
• Exercise increases serotonin, dopamine, and endorphins — the brain’s natural mood regulators
• Group exercise has an additional social benefit that amplifies these effects

Tag someone to go on a walk with you this week. 🚶‍♀️🚶‍♂️
