Some Final Notes from The Race Director:
Thank you so much for the overwhelming support shown for the event this year. Participation well exceeded expectations, climbing to over 3300!
I hope many of you enjoyed the delicious frozen treats at the finish line, thanks to KC Whip and Company. So happy they were able to join us again this year.
A big thanks to the volunteer groups that helped this year: KC Northland Runners, ParkHill South NHS, Oak Park Band, Boy Scout Troop and Pack 261
Thanks also to our sponsors: Char Bar - Parkville, Camp Bow Wow, Enterprise Fleet Mgmnt, and Endurance Running PT and Performance Coaching.
This year’s amazing event in small town Parkville had participants representing 35 states and Washington DC. It is so wonderful to see big family groups that make this event a valued tradition and return year after year. We are so grateful for all the support and participation. This event allows us to make very generous donations to the Friends of Parkville Animal Shelter and the Parkville Nature Sanctuary.
