One year ago, Forest Hill Village opened its doors.

Today, it stands as a place of safety, healing and new beginnings for domestic violence survivors and their families.

Ending domestic violence isn't accomplished through a single program or service, it takes every piece working together.

At Synergy Services, we support survivors with emergency shelter, housing, advocacy, therapy, and other critical services while also providing a statewide Offender Intervention Program focused on increasing accountability, reducing abusive behavior, and preventing future violence.

These approaches are not in competition. They are complementary. By helping survivors heal and addressing the behaviors that cause harm, we can work toward safer homes, stronger families, and healthier communities.

Every person deserves to live free from abuse. Every child deserves to grow up in a safe home. Together, we can help break the cycle of violence.

Thank you to everyone who brought their team spirit, trivia skills, and generosity to support Synergy Services and our Street Outreach Services! Quiz for a Cause was a fantastic day filled with laughter, friendly competition, and community connection.

We are grateful to our sponsors, teams, volunteers, and everyone who helped make this event possible. Thanks to your support, we raised over $8,000 to support our Street Outreach program, which helps youth experiencing homelessness or housing instability access basic needs, transportation assistance, housing resources, and connections to healthcare, education, employment, and other supports.
