In our development of the Entrepreneurship Education Initiative (EEI), which is led by Kansas City Kansas Community College (KCKCC), and expands equitable access to entrepreneurship education and support across Kansas City, Kansas. We were able to be apart of a video shoot, and their team created a video that helps capture our why… so cool!

We sit in a really cool seat.

One of our favorite parts of this work is serving as a bridge. Sometimes that looks like a cohort, a connection, a conversation. This time around, it looks like access to be - on a stage we didn’t expect, in a city that’s about to have the world’s attention.

We’ve been approved to participate as one of the vendors for the City of Entrepreneurs Marketplace at Union Station - a local business hub during the 2026 FIFA World Cup in Kansas City.

And we’re not filling that booth with The Porter House KC.

We’re filling it with our people.

We selected 5️⃣ Alumni businesses, 5️⃣ weeks, each taking a weekend in Union Station’s Grand Hall from June 11 through July 12.

Here’s our ask: come shop with them. Bring your people. Show up on their weekend like you know them - because if you’ve been following this community, you kind of do 🤝🏽

And stay tuned - we’re pulling back the curtain on exactly how an opportunity like this comes together. A behind-the-scenes look, and a workshop on how you can position yourself for moments like this one.
