We had some fantastic sours last night for Round 2 of Iron Brewer!
Of course we forgot to take any pictures... So please feel free to pour a pint of your sour and post a pic in the group!

Reminder that Round 3 will be at the September meeting. Style is Standard Kolsch, Blond Ale, or Golden Ale. NO ADJUNCTS ALLOWED. Let's let our brewing skillz shine without any weird flavors to hide flaws.
With two rounds remaining, it's still anybody's game.

THE MASHERS TAKE THE CROWN! 🏆🍻

Huge shoutout and a massive congratulations to our very own Cherish Pageau and Marco Tovar for their incredible performance at this year’s "One Beer to Rule Them All" inter-club competition!

They didn't just compete—they conquered. Out of all the amazing entries from across the region, their brews stood above the rest. We couldn't be prouder to have these two representing the Missouri Mashers.
