Wiggly body? Excited brain? 🌸
Last Sunday's mindfulness practice for the kids was Flower Breathing. It's good for little ones who could use an easy trick to help settle their bodies.
Here’s how it works 👇
🌸 Trace one whole petal = Breathe IN
🌸 Trace one whole petal = Breathe OUT
💛 Trace one whole petal = HOLD
Keep going around the flower until those wiggles settle into calm. Try it with your kids today!
It works without the physical flower - just have them imagine it and trace it in the air!
