Racquet Club Estates Neighborhood Organization (RCENO) became an officially recognized organization by the City of Palm Springs in spring, 2008. The City of Palm Springs' Office of Neighborhood Involvement (www.palmspringsneighborhoods.com) encourages and assists in the development of neighborhood organizations within the city. These neighborhoods enjoy an increased involvement in government affairs, improved communication between citizens and city government, and they help to facilitate programs and projects of benefit to neighborhoods and the city.

Victoria Park is getting a pop-up dog park in December. We have the opportunity to make it permanent, if it’s popular. Stay tuned!

Parks commissioners backed a pop-up pilot with Blue Zones Palm Springs that will open Dec. 11 and run through about the end of January, with a resident survey to gauge interest in a permanent site.

The Annual General Meeting for Racquet Club Estates is coming up Tuesday, October 13, 2026 at 5pm! We’ll be gathering at Boozehounds PS.

Guests this year include Jeffrey Bernstein, Councilmember District #2; Mihai Patru, Executive Director of the Blue Zones Project; Kyle Stjerne, our new Chief of Police; and Chuck Nourrcier, Head of the OLP Undergrounding Project. Plus, we’ll have some exciting raffle prizes.

MEET ROVER! To celebrate World Art Day yesterday, The Palm Springs Public Art Commission unveiled a new installation—part of their Artscape in the Parks program—in Racquet Club Estate's Victoria Park! Designed by Jeff Zischke, Rover is 18 feet tall, bright yellow, and hard to miss.
