THE TRUTH ABOUT APRIL 16, 2024: EVIDENCE OF OVERREACH & NEGLECT
To set the record straight. On April 16, 2024, at Robert Packer Hospital, my family was subjected to a traumatic removal based on false narratives and a complete bypass of legal due process.

1. SEIZURE WITHOUT A COURT ORDER
CPS workers arrived and removed our newborn daughter WITHOUT a court order in hand. To do this, they used a false claim of "aggression" to have security lock me and the mother out of the delivery area and physically es**rt us from the building.

2. THE FALSE "DRUG WITHDRAWAL" NARRATIVE
They told the Judge our daughter was suffering from "severe drug withdrawals."

The Evidence: See the attached medical records. They show NO illegal drugs in her system.

The Fact: The only substance detected was Fentanyl, which was medically administered by the hospital to the mother during delivery.

3. MEDICAL NEGLECT & LIFE-SAVING SURGERY
While they were focused on a fake drug narrative, they ignored her actual health. A serious infection went untreated for two weeks while she was in their care. Because of this:

My daughter became severely ill.

She required emergency heart and lung surgery to save her life.

4. THE OUTCOME
The Judge eventually returned her to us with ZERO findings of neglect or abuse, but the damage was already done. It took two years to get her back.

NOTICE OF LEGAL ACTION
I am officially announcing that I am filing a federal civil rights complaint under 42 U.S.C. § 1983.

This lawsuit is about accountability for the agencies and individuals who lied to the court, bypassed the law, and allowed a medical emergency to go untreated. We will not be silenced until there is justice for what was done to our daughter. Look through the page you'll see the video of that day.

This is the day. My son`s mother cut my arm n throat.. but i was the issue yes i was laughing bc there were kid`s in the Home. i wasn`t trying to escalate the issue worse. https://www.facebook.com/share/r/1agCV55Mj2/ The attached link is the day she threw a knife at her new man and almost hit her youngest. u can see them watching them in the door way of the mobile home. The county tagged is the county ignoring the facts and proof of evidence..

To**Writing** the parents who need help:

I’m a father who has been through the struggle, and I’m still fighting for my kids. I will never stop and I will never quit. Our kids need us, and we can’t give up on them.

During this whole process, the stress and heartbreak of missing my children and not being able to be the father they need led to me having a heart attack. When I was going through it, I couldn’t find the information or help I needed in time.

I never want to see another parent go through what I have. And if you are going through it right now, just know you’re not alone. I’m praying for you.

That’s why I created this app — to help parents understand their rights, find information faster, and have tools that I wish I had when my fight started.

This app will continue to grow and improve. I promise to keep building it into something that truly helps families.

My goal is to help change the way CPS operates in Tioga County, and hopefully inspire others to stand up and create change in their own communities too.

She can do all this front of her kids n get them returned.a few days after this they returned her kids without completing a signal thing. And on this day almost hit her youngest with a knife she threw at this man. But I complete everything 4 times to get my rights terminated so I gotta appeal it. To be arrested falsely bc it was there only way to try to break me. But I'll never stop fighting untill justice is served..

If this doesn't prove something nothing ever will. So this is the results of my daughter's drug testing they did at birth. Everything is neg besides fetanyl what the hospital gave her during labor. But they told the judge she was going through severe drug withdrawal. Like everything they have said about me and my children all the way up to having me arrested is lies I deserve justice and answers of why they all ganged up on me the county attorney's from tioga county and Broome County d.s.s from tioga county and all their employees bc there was 32 plus ppl involved in my sons case.the tioga county sheriff's department. And even the d.a I'm not on here to back lash for revenge but for the ppl can see in hopes of getting some help and justice for my children and family.
