It was an extra special Monday, with much to celebrate at the Rotary meeting!

First we heard from our May students of the month and how they plan to carry Rotary’s Four Way Test forward in life. Thank you for joining us Auriana Meier, Keagon Springborg and Mikel Weldesrael. We cannot wait to see where you go next!

Then we celebrated our very own Diane Holland as she received her Paul Harris +7 Fellow pin. Thank you for your continued investment in the work of Rotary!

Finally we were able to hear from Taylor Havelka, the student our club sponsored to attend Camp RYLA earlier this year. Next year she says she hopes to return to the camp as a Junior Counselor!

Today we got to hear from Andrea, our current Owatonna Rotary Youth Exchange student from Italy about his experience here so far!

Big takeaways: the experience has taught him to be more independent, how to have patience with himself, and that - despite liking the food back home better - he loves hamburgers!
