ificant, lasting impact on the community. The primary focus of Dr. Phillips Charities is to respond to community needs in Central Florida, primarily Orange and Osceola counties. Dr. Phillips Charities supports nonprofit organizations in the following established areas of interest: Children and Youth Services, Cultural Programs, Educational Programs, Health & Rehabilitative Programs, and Social Services. Dr. Phillips Charities has made grants, pledges and program related investments in excess of $180 million as of June 2017.

Our grant helped make this new campus possible, expanding access to programs, services and resources that empower individuals and families to thrive. Is your nonprofit eligible?

The Dr. P. Phillips Legacy Microgrant Program was created to support the smaller organizations making a big difference throughout Central Florida.

You may be eligible if your organization:
✔ Has an annual operating budget of $2 million or less
✔ Serves Orange and/or Osceola counties
✔ Works within Arts & Culture, Children & Youth, Education, Health, or Social Services

Applications are now open! Dr. Phillips Charities is accepting applications for the 2026 Dr. P. Phillips Legacy Microgrant Program.

This annual program awards 15 grants of $5,000 to nonprofit organizations with annual operating budgets of $2 million or less serving Orange and Osceola counties.

Eligible organizations must work within one or more of our giving areas:
• Arts & Culture
• Children & Youth
• Education
• Health
• Social Services

Priority is given to projects that help reduce economic pressures on ALICE and low-income families.

We’re proud to support through a grant helping bring the JA Eisner Family Dreamers Center in Lake Nona to life, the future home of JA BizTown presented by AdventHealth. Launching in 2027, this hands-on learning experience will engage up to 30,000 students each year, giving young people the opportunity to explore careers, build financial literacy, and experience what it’s like to run a city for a day.
