Happy Sunday everyone, today we are announcing our event that we would like to propose to the city of Olean. We want to host a street rubber duck🐥🐥🐥 Race/Durby🏁 and invite all members of Cattaraugus county to attend (anyone can attend). Cash prizes will be avaliable for 1st, 2nd and 3rd place winners🥇🏅🏆.We mentioned in a previous post 100% of all proceeds from the race will go towards 1 charitable organization that helps children in Cattaraugus, well we decided to donate to 5 charitable organizations‼️. Below is a TBD flyer and a video we found on social media in the comments to illustrate our idea. You'll see in the video the simplicity of the event has no barrier on the huge positive outcome💪🏾❤️💪🏾. Also listed below are the nonprofit charitable organizations we have chosen to donate to thanks to the help of our wonderful and greatly appreciated followers 🫶🫶🫶 we love you all‼️‼️‼️

To better help us with our proposal to Olean City any positive comments are greatly appreciated and shows that the community of Cattaraugus county is backing us up with this event.

We ask that the organizations listed reach out to us for further details along with accepting our donations.

I tried to get around to your tables tonight to check in and say thank you, but in case we didn’t connect tonight… thank you.

Whether you sponsored, bought tickets to the event, participated in raffles and 50/50s or just shared the info for tonight’s event- thank you.

We are grateful that so many of you returned again this year and joined us on the dance floor. Thank you for your part in Adult Prom 2026.

Good Morning. To our prom attendees today, a few reminders:

1) Ticket check in: purchase confirmation was sent to your email but we will have a guest list to check you in also.

2) No smoking on premises (you are welcome to do so at your car in the parking lot if needed, just not at the venue).

3) Cash Bar: Drinks for purchase from the bar. Drink responsibly. Cash is also used for basket raffle, door prize tickets, and 50/50.

4) Formal Photos: Formal photos are available and a link will be posted on our Facebook when they become available.

5)Vendors: All of the vendors have donated their time/services. Please consider tipping where appropriate to support their work.

We cannot wait to see you tonight.
