Pool is closed until tomorrow for shock due to the recent rain fall.

All plumbing repairs from the slab leak have been resolved and we have restored water to the club house sink and have hot water to that sink! Thank you to our maintenance man for sorting this out for us.

Hi everyone the pool is open for the swimming season. Reminder. To remove all your trash and to not leave toys behind. Also no balls in the back yard. We have had issues with several broken windows and this can not continue. Moving forward we will fine anyone who breaks a window. Please let me know if you want to reserve the club house for a day. This is limited to 2 times in a 12 month period to keep availability for the rest of the home owners/tenants.

Yard day was a rough one following the heavy rain fall! Lots of cleanup needed. Also please remember to clean up after yourself before you go. Lots of trash left behind. Some may have blown in but this place stays nicer when we work together ❤️
