Free Virtual Mental Health First Aid Trainings – May 2026
Want to learn how to recognize when someone may be struggling with their mental health and how to help? Join us for Mental Health First Aid, a nationally recognized training that teaches practical skills to support someone experiencing a mental health or substance use challenge.

Just like CPR helps you assist someone during a physical health emergency, Mental Health First Aid equips you to respond to a mental health crisis.

We’re offering two FREE virtual trainings in May:

Adult Mental Health First Aid

Step into a powerful, eye-opening experience with Hidden in Plain Sight, presented by the CCASA team.

This interactive lunch-time workshop gives parents, caregivers, and community members a real look at how substance use can be hidden in everyday environments—and what to watch for.

Participants will gain practical tools, increase awareness, and leave feeling more confident in recognizing warning signs and starting important conversations.
