👏 Shoutout to Michelle Vanmeter, Employee of the Month on our contract at the FBI – Federal Bureau of Investigation Training Academy in Quantico, Virginia.

After a recent power outage disrupted operations, Michelle – who works as a shuttle driver – stepped up to support the linen team. While putting in extra hours over the weekend, she developed a plan that enabled the team to complete in just a few hours work that typically takes weeks. Her approach is now being used as a model for future operations.

This is what leadership in action looks like! Thank you, Michelle, for your creativity in meeting our customers’ requirements and for representing ServiceSource so well 💙

Another unforgettable evening at the 2026 Family & Friends Spring Dinner Dance! More than 300 guests – including individuals in our Community Integrated Services program, family members, caregivers, and employees – enjoyed a delicious meal, fun with NOVA Selfies Photo Booth, live music by Southbound USA, and a great time on the dance floor.

Special thanks to Paul Thieberger, past Chairman of the ServiceSource Board of Directors, and Steve Toth, Chairman of ServiceSource Family & Friends, for their continued leadership in making this event a night to remember!

Congratulations to the FrameWORK for Success graduates at our Delaware affiliate, Opportunity Center, Inc. (OCI). FrameWORK for Success is a 4-year school-to-work transition program that empowers recent high school graduates with vital vocational and life skills, including professional communication, adaptability, financial literacy, and networking.
Through collaborative partnerships with local school districts — New Castle County Vocational Technical School District, Red Clay Schools, Brandywine School District, Colonial School District - New Castle, De, and Appoquinimink School District — the FrameWORK for Success program focuses on personalized job exploration. OCI employment consultants and job coaches work with participants who intern with community businesses to sharpen vocational skill sets and determine which jobs and industries best align with their interests. Of this year’s eight graduates, six have already secured employment with business partners in the community. Each graduate received a certificate recognizing their achievements from Congresswoman Sarah McBride.

Celebrating its 18th anniversary, FrameWORK for Success has a job placement rate of 90% with employers throughout the state. We’re excited to see what the future holds for its latest class of graduates!

Congratulations to Trevor on his new role at Big Scoops Creamery in Roy, Utah.

Trevor came to PARC - A ServiceSource Affiliate in 2019 and began working at Smith's Marketplace in West Point with the support of a job coach. As he built skills and became more confident and comfortable in the workplace, Trevor set a new goal for his future: A role with greater responsibility, increased hours, and more financial independence.

Today, Trevor is settling into his next chapter at Big Scoops. He’s learning on the job and pitching in – covering shifts, helping open the store, and showing up as a dependable member of the team.

Way to go Trevor! We’re excited to watch as you continue to make this new role your own!

We’re proud to announce that ServiceSource and its affiliates have joined the Military Spouse Employment Partnership (MSEP), a Department of Defense program that connects military spouses with employers committed to hiring, supporting, and retaining military spouse talent.

Military spouses play an important role in our national defense, supporting husbands and wives as they pursue military careers through frequent relocations. As an MSEP member we are committed to actively recruiting, hiring, promoting, and retaining military spouses to help them find and maintain rewarding careers.

Join us in congratulating Daryl Buban on taking a powerful next step in his career.

Daryl joined ServiceSource as a dining facilities attendant on our contract at U.S. Army Fort Carson and enrolled in our Restaurant Ready training program. Presented in partnership with the National Restaurant Association Educational Foundation, Restaurant Ready prepares participants with basic job and life skills to pursue careers in the restaurant and hospitality industry.

Soon after graduating from Restaurant Ready, Daryl transitioned to competitive integrated employment in the private sector. Today, he’s successfully balancing two jobs – working at Subway in the mornings and in a clerical position at Amazon in the evenings. It’s a demanding schedule, but with the skills and confidence he developed while working with ServiceSource Daryl shows up every day and moves closer to achieving his life goals.

Congratulations, Daryl, on all you’ve accomplished! Your journey is a powerful example of what’s possible when people have access to training and support that empowers them to follow their dreams.
