Marge started Tai Chi because her doctor told her to work on her balance. She stayed because of the friends she made in the process.

Our Tai Chi classes with Senior Services Plus Inc. SSP continue every Thursday at 11 AM, and it's easy to see why they're one of our most consistently full programs. The slow, deliberate movements build balance and strength without straining joints, and the group setting turns what could be a solitary exercise into a genuine weekly gathering.

Falls remain one of the biggest threats to independence as we age, and consistent balance training is one of the simplest, lowest-cost ways to guard against them. You don't need experience or flexibility to start. You just need to show up.
Bring a friend if you'd like, there's always room for one more on the mat.
