CSi is a non-profit organization that exists to bring Hope and Help to the nations. You can help us by making a one-time donation or become a monthly partner.

Compassion Services International is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization that has brought hope and help to the nations for 36 years. CSi endeavors to be the hands and feet of Christ by providing help for their physical needs and sharing the hope of the gospel. What We Do:

CSi works in practical ways to bring Hope and Help to the nations. For 37 years, Compassion Services International has been assisting those living in desperate situations around the world. CSI seeks to help the poor, sick, and suffering by providing food, medicine, and other relief assistance while sharing the love of Jesus. Global Disaster Relief: CSi provides emergency relief that offers desperately needed assistance to victims of natural disasters. Humanitarian Efforts: CSi provides food, clothing, and other assistance to the world's poorest citizens. Medical Missions: CSi travels to the most desperate world areas, offering free, basic medical care and medication to countries where it is limited and sometimes non-existent. Education: CSi continues to expand its reach by offering Educational assistance around the world. 🇷🇴 Serving with Love in Romania! ❤️

What an incredible Serve Day yesterday! Our team, accompanied by CSi’s Humanitarian Aid Director, Jeremy Doughty, served many meals and distributed hygiene bags at a local homeless shelter. At a children’s hospital, several children received gift bags filled with toys, treats, and personalized cards from AYC students, while families received water.

From preparing supplies to sharing smiles, every moment was an opportunity to show God’s love in action!❤️

World Mental Health Day 🕊️

Some of the heaviest things people carry cannot be seen. Grief after a disaster. Fear in a camp far from home. The exhaustion of a parent who has run out of options.

We see it on the field often, and we know God is near to the brokenhearted.

"The Lord is close to the brokenhearted and saves those who are crushed in spirit." Psalm 34:18 📖

Today, check on someone. Ask a second question. Listen longer than feels comfortable. And if you are the one struggling, tell somebody. You are not a burden.

"🍼 In Tanzania, whether a baby makes it can come down to a can of formula.

At Kulea Villages, a program called Maisha Matters provides formula every week to babies who lost their mothers during childbirth, or whose mothers cannot produce enough milk. Grandmothers, aunts, and fathers step in to raise them, and many of these families simply cannot afford what it takes to feed a baby. The program is caring for sets of twins, triplets, and quadruplets right now.

Every week the babies are weighed. Families receive health teaching. Volunteers visit homes to make sure each baby is safe.

CSi is opening a campaign to help keep formula on those shelves, and we will be sharing more over the next two weeks about what it costs and what your gift does.

Through medical missions, CSi helps bring care, compassion, and hope to communities where the need is great.
