Our March meeting was a great success! Don Fickens did an excellent job presenting information about Dark Sky initiatives—it really made us stop and think about how light pollution affects birds, plants, animals, and the natural world around us. Hopefully, we can all take small steps to make a positive difference.

If you get the chance to listen to a Dark Sky presentation please do. You will hear a lot of eye opening information.

We had a good group of members plus 2 new members attend the meeting. We also had 4 guests attend our Feb meeting. We had education regarding solitary bees and making bee hotels for them. We got to visit with friends, new and old. There was delcious food provided by our hostess. There was a brief business meeting.
