Another blended class finished our 40 Hour CIT Level 1 class today. We love that we can teach both current officers and future officers from the Eastern Missouri Police Academy. This week our partnership with NAMI St. Louis trained officers from St.Charles, St. Louis, Warren, Montgomery Counties.

This is why we believe so strongly in the Missouri CIT Model. The tools it equips law enforcement with are invaluable.

The Great Rivers Regional CIT Council was lucky to attend this year 2026 MO CIT Council State Conference. We are always looking for more ways to serve our three counties when it comes to those living with behavioral health challenges.

Well deserved recognition for one of our favorite people and member of our council. Great job Olivia, keep it up!

Great to see our partners at the St. Charles County Ambulance District featured on KMOV for their work with those in crisis. We are all in this together to serve our community and help those struggling with behavioral health challenges.

Last year responded to nearly
3k calls for behavioral health emergencies. Tonight, Caroline Hecker KMOV will showcase how our are partnering with St. Peters PD & other law enforcement agencies to get patients connected with the support & resources they need.

We are very excited our friends from SPPD are taking the lead and spreading the message about 988. 988 is the national su***de hotline and is a free service provided to the community and facilitated locally by Compass Health Network.

Our department recently added 988 decals to our vehicles to help raise awareness about the Su***de and Crisis Lifeline. If you or someone you know is struggling, 988 connects you with trained counselors who can provide immediate support anytime. Reaching out is a strong step toward help and healing.
