Meet Elijah — a 5-year-old Shih Tzu who spent his whole life forgotten in a filthy breeder’s cage, never knowing love, comfort, or freedom.
Now safe, this tiny 16-pound boy is slowly discovering soft beds, full meals, belly rubs, and the feeling of grass beneath his paws for the very first time.
