We build and deliver beds for children, ages 3-17, in need, ensuring that NO KID SLEEPS ON THE FLOOR IN OUR TOWN!®

10/26/2026

Our Monday Merry Makers Delivery Team brought not only loads of building materials and bedding, they also created opportunities for 4 kids to enjoy deep, restful sleep. Rested kids are more likely to experience academic success than tired, unfocused kids. Thanks team!!

So what would YOU choose to do on a lovely Fall afternoon? Well this happy group chose to deliver and setup 5 beds in 3 homes! 😄 What a great idea! They were handsomely paid with the sweet smile of an excited young man who will enjoy their kindness for years to come. Our mission is to see that No Kid Sleeps on the Floor in Our Town and this SHP team made it happen today for 5 fortunate kids. Let's all thank them by Liking, Commenting, Sharing & Following their Mond@ay adventure.

As Dolly might have said, our quilts of many colors that we are so proud of. Sleep in Heavenly Peace - AL, Tuscaloosa is so very grateful for this gift.

"Each quilt stitched with love, our quilts of many colors that we are so proud of." I don't think Dolly would mind our taking liberties with her sweet lyrics. ❤️. The talented Generously Sewing quilters from St. Luke Methodist Church have blessed our children once again with cozy works of art. These treasures will be shared with children as they receive their new beds, adding to their excitement. We appreciate all of our supporters and donors as we continue our efforts to make sure that NO KID SLEEPS ON THE FLOOR IN OUR TOWN.

WHAT!!?? You have to see it to believe it!!
Our truck bed and double cab were JAMMED with sheets, pillows, and comforters compliments of the National Jr. Honor Society Linen Drive of Northridge Middle School. The sponsor, Gigi Dendy, did an outstanding job of organizing the NMS students in this successful collection of much needed and appreciated bedding. Our crew and eventually our bed recipients will be sincerely grateful for the generosity of these much needed donations. Let's all send a great big THANK YOU TO THE STUDENTS OF NORTHRIDGE MIDDLE SCHOOL!!
