About Selections from Eric & CHUB:
Longtime friends and fellow Georgia artists, and Chris "CHUB" Hubbard are familiar faces to Kentuck Festival patrons who may remember their booths facing each other across the path each October.

Their work reflects Kentuck's year-long exhibition theme, "Gifts of the Spirit," exploring art as a calling shaped by faith, transformation, and personal vision. Together, their contrasting materials and shared sense of purpose create a dialogue rooted in creativity, friendship, and spiritual expression

✨ QUILT REVEAL! ✨

🪡 Meet “Blades” — the official quilt of the 55th Kentuck Festival of the Arts by the incredible Hallie O’Kelley.

💙 For more than four decades, Hallie O’Kelley has helped tell the story of the Kentuck Festival of the Arts through her work. Hallie has created the festival’s annual quilt design every year since 1983. In the early years, those designs were screenprinted as posters, but in 1994, she began hand-stitching quilts. At 101 years old, you can still find her exhibiting at the Kentuck Festival with the West Alabama Quilters Guild.

🎨 Keep an eye out for this year’s design on t-shirts, mugs, and more. We use elements of the design and color palette throughout our festival marketing.
"Blades" has been accessioned into Kentuck's permanent collection and will be on display periodically for years to come.
